Halloween on Central

Sixth annual free, car-free Halloween street festival closing 22 blocks of Central Avenue in St. Petersburg (MLK to 31st St), with 150+ local vendors, live music, trick-or-treat stations, food trucks, costume contests and a wiener dog race.
